Summary
This study tests whether sending information and making two phone calls can encourage older adults with osteoarthritis to use their free SilverSneakers exercise program. About 1,454 seniors across the U.S. who have not used SilverSneakers before will take part. The goal is to see if this simple help improves their physical function, mood, and reduces doctor visits over two years.
