Silver vs. fluoride: the battle for Kids' smiles

Summary
This study aims to see which of two common dental treatments works better to reduce the levels of bacteria that cause cavities in children's saliva. Researchers will test a silver-based liquid on one side of a child's mouth and a fluoride varnish on the other side. They will measure the bacteria levels over three months to compare the results.
