Silver shield for new moms: can a special dressing stop C-Section infections?
NCT ID NCT07066254
Summary
This study aims to see if a special silver-coated foam dressing can prevent wound infections after a cesarean delivery (C-section). Researchers will compare the silver dressing to the standard dressing used after surgery in 480 women. The goal is to find a better way to protect new mothers from painful and costly infections during recovery.
