Summary

This study tests whether a special silver-containing foam bandage can prevent wound infections after cesarean delivery. About 480 women having a planned C-section will be randomly assigned to receive either the silver dressing or a standard one. Researchers will track infections for 30 days after surgery to see if the silver dressing is more effective.
