New sleep program aims to break vicious cycle for teens with ADHD
NCT ID NCT04723719
Summary
This study tested a special sleep improvement program for teenagers with ADHD who also have trouble sleeping. Researchers wanted to see if teaching better sleep habits could help improve both sleep and ADHD symptoms like focus and behavior. The program combined online learning with personal coaching and was compared against standard ADHD care alone in 92 teenagers.
