Summary

This study is testing a new program called SickleFit, which combines personalized exercise with nutrition counseling for adults aged 35 and older who have sickle cell disease. The main goal is to see if the program is safe, practical, and acceptable to participants. Researchers will enroll 40 people to try the program and measure how well they stick with it and if they experience any serious side effects.
