Summary
This study tests a new combination of two drugs (SI-B001 and SI-B003) with or without chemotherapy in people with advanced head and neck cancer that has spread or cannot be removed. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the treatment can shrink tumors. About 130 adults aged 18 to 75 with certain types of head and neck cancer are being recruited.
