Summary

This study tests a new drug called SI-B001 combined with paclitaxel in 42 adults with recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma that has worsened after standard treatments. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors and control the disease. Participants receive the drugs intravenously and are monitored for side effects and survival.
