This study tests a new drug called SHR-A2102 combined with other cancer treatments for people with a type of lung cancer that can be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the combination can destroy more cancer cells before and after the operation, helping patients live longer without the cancer coming back. About 300 adults aged 18 to 70 with good organ function are being recruited.
