New hope for hard-to-treat ovarian cancer: experimental drug enters final testing phase

Summary

This phase 3 trial tests a new drug called SHR-A1811 against standard chemotherapy in 300 people with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that no longer responds to platinum-based treatment. The goal is to see if the new drug can slow cancer growth and improve survival. Participants must have measurable disease and be in good overall health.
