Summary
This Phase 2 trial tests a new drug called SHR-A1811, alone or with hormone therapy (letrozole), against standard chemotherapy in 120 women with early-stage HR-positive, HER2-low breast cancer. The goal is to see if these combinations can shrink tumors before surgery more effectively or with fewer side effects. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three treatment groups and receive therapy for 8 cycles before surgery.
