Summary

This study tests a new drug called SHR-1701 combined with chemotherapy and radiation for people with stage III lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if adding this drug before or after standard treatment helps keep the cancer from growing. About 84 adults will take part, and the study will track how long they live without the cancer getting worse.
