New scan model could prevent shoulder surgery complications

Summary
This study looks at how stress on the shoulder bone (acromion) changes after reverse shoulder replacement surgery. Researchers will use CT and MRI scans from 13 patients to create computer models that show where bone stress is highest. The goal is to better understand and prevent bone fractures after surgery.
