First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding pectoralis minor stretching and strengthening to standard mobility and stability exercises can better reduce shoulder pain and improve movement in people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). About 70 adults aged 40-70 will be randomly assigned to either the combined exercise group or a group doing only standard exercises. The goal is to find a more effective way to ease symptoms and restore shoulder function.
