First seen Nov 16, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special hands-on therapy combined with movement retraining can reduce shoulder pain and improve motion in fast bowlers who have a condition called GIRD (tightness in the shoulder joint). About 42 male cricketers aged 18-45 will receive either the new combination therapy or standard physical therapy. The goal is to see which approach better relieves pain and restores shoulder function.
