Tracking 500 patients to unlock secrets of sports injury recovery
NCT ID NCT07501013
Summary
This study aims to understand why recovery varies so much after common shoulder and knee surgeries for sports injuries. Researchers will follow 500 patients for two years after their routine surgery, tracking their pain, function, and recovery progress. The goal is to identify which factors—like the type of injury, surgical technique, or rehab—lead to the best long-term outcomes and return to sports.
