First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at two different exercise programs for people with shoulder impingement syndrome, a common cause of shoulder pain. 66 adults aged 25-65 will be split into three groups: standard physical therapy, a program that uses mental imagery to retrain movement, or a program focused on practicing daily tasks. The goal is to see which approach works best to reduce pain and improve shoulder function over 6 weeks.
