Shoulder surgery showdown: to repair or not to repair?

Summary

This study looks at two ways to do shoulder replacement surgery for people with arthritis. One method repairs a muscle called the subscapularis, and the other does not. The goal is to see which approach gives better pain relief and function over two years. About 284 adults will take part.
