Summary

This study tests if a device called ShotBlocker can reduce pain in healthy newborns getting their first Hepatitis B vaccine. 200 full-term infants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard care (swaddling and sugar water) or standard care plus ShotBlocker. The researchers will measure heart rate, oxygen levels, and pain scores to see if ShotBlocker helps.
