This trial investigates whether a shorter course of antibiotics, tailored to each patient's response, can treat left-sided endocarditis as safely as the standard 4-6 week regimen. Adults with endocarditis caused by specific bacteria (Streptococci, Enterococcus faecalis, or Staphylococcus aureus) receive an accelerated treatment plan based on their individual clinical data.
