Summary
This study looks at whether a short, intense program of local vibration (5 days) can improve leg muscle strength as much as a longer program (4 weeks). 72 healthy adults will try different vibration session lengths (30 or 60 minutes). The goal is to find the most efficient way to use vibration for muscle training and recovery.
