Summary
This study compares two shorter tunnel techniques to the standard method for POEM surgery in people with type II achalasia, a swallowing disorder. The goal is to see if a shorter tunnel reduces acid reflux and surgery time while still relieving symptoms. About 636 adults who have not had prior treatment will take part.
