Summary
This study tests whether a shorter, higher-dose radiation schedule (6 sessions over 2 weeks) is as safe and effective as the standard 12-session course for people with stage IV lung cancer. The goal is to reduce side effects like severe throat pain and improve quality of life. 37 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer are taking part.
