Summary

This study tested if sharing daily health data helps people maintain weight loss. Over 300 adults with overweight or obesity followed a 2-year lifestyle program. They tracked their weight, activity, and food, and researchers tested if sharing this data with a coach, a support group, or a friend led to better long-term results.
