New 'Smart Bomb' drug enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat cancers

NCT ID NCT06466187

Summary

This is an early-stage study testing a new experimental drug called SGN-MesoC2 in people with advanced solid tumors that have come back or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body handles the drug. The drug is designed to target and kill cancer cells specifically, and the study will also look for early signs that it might help shrink tumors.
