Summary
This study looks at how a common diabetes medicine (SGLT2 inhibitor) affects the heart and muscles in people with type 2 diabetes and heart failure. Researchers want to see if the medicine's effect on ketones helps improve energy use in the heart and muscles. About 30 adults will take part to help understand these effects better.
