This study explores whether a non-invasive imaging technique called spatial frequency domain imaging (SFDI) can measure changes in blood flow in the feet of people with diabetes who are undergoing angioplasty to treat peripheral arterial disease. Researchers will use SFDI to measure tissue oxygen saturation in the treated foot before and after the procedure, and compare these readings with standard toe pressure measurements.
