New survey aims to improve sexual health after breast cancer surgery

Summary
This study is a national survey of 200 women who have had a mastectomy (breast removal) with immediate breast reconstruction. The goal is to understand their sexual well-being after surgery. Researchers hope the results will help doctors better counsel patients before surgery and find ways to improve quality of life, such as pelvic floor therapy or other treatments.
