Summary
This study looks at whether not getting enough sleep affects blood sugar control differently in healthy men and women. Researchers will have 32 participants stay in a lab for two separate 5-day periods, comparing normal sleep to restricted sleep. The goal is to understand sex differences in how the body handles sugar after a meal when sleep is limited.
