First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study compares two common anesthetic gases, sevoflurane and desflurane, to see which one helps keep lungs working better during robotic abdominal surgery. About 50 adults having elective robotic abdominal surgery will take part. The main goal is to measure airway pressure, a key sign of lung function, during the procedure.
