Summary

This study compares two common anesthesia gases, sevoflurane and desflurane, in 138 adults having gallbladder removal surgery. The goal is to see which gas causes less strain on the lungs during the procedure. Researchers will measure lung mechanics and watch for breathing problems right after surgery.
