New heart device aims to quiet chest pain in Hard-to-Treat condition

Summary

This study tests a new device called the A-FLUX Coronary Sinus Reducer to see if it can safely improve chest pain or discomfort in people with coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD), a condition where tiny heart vessels don't work properly. About 30 adults with persistent symptoms despite standard treatments will receive the device. The goal is to check if the device can be placed safely and help reduce symptoms.
