Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (serplulimab, lenvatinib, and paclitaxel) in 59 adults with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that progressed after initial immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this mix can shrink tumors and extend life. Participants must have certain markers or have responded well to prior treatment.
