Summary
This study tests whether playing a serious game on an iPad can help older adults (60+) better manage nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy. Researchers will track symptom severity, quality of life, and hospital visits to see if the game makes a real difference.

What this could lead to
If it works, this could give older adults a simple, engaging tool to better manage chemotherapy side effects at home.
What could go wrong
This is a behavioral intervention study, not a drug trial. The game may not reduce nausea for everyone, and results depend on how well participants engage with it.
