First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This early study tests a live bacterial treatment called SER-155 for people who have diarrhea and colon inflammation from cancer immunotherapy. The goal is to see if it is safe and can reduce symptoms without needing strong immune-suppressing drugs. About 15 adults will take SER-155 by mouth and be monitored for side effects and symptom improvement.
