Summary
This study tests a new treatment plan for people with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis (UC). It combines two drugs: upadacitinib, which works quickly to reduce symptoms, followed by vedolizumab, which is safer for long-term use. The goal is to see if this sequence can help patients achieve remission faster and maintain it safely. About 334 participants will be enrolled.
