NCT ID NCT04197713
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested a new way of giving two cancer drugs—adavosertib and olaparib—one after the other, instead of together, in 13 people with advanced solid tumors that have specific DNA repair mutations. The goal was to find the best dose and see if this approach could shrink tumors with fewer side effects. The study focused on safety and tumor response, and it is no longer recruiting participants.
