New device tested for simpler, faster heart monitoring in Life-Threatening shock
NCT ID NCT07321405
Summary
This study aims to see if a new, simpler device (Electrical Cardiometry) is as accurate as the current standard method (Echocardiography) for measuring how well the heart is pumping in patients with septic shock. It will involve 100 adult patients with septic shock. The goal is to find a reliable, easier-to-use tool to help doctors monitor these critically ill patients.
