Summary
This study tests if giving fluids and a blood pressure medication (norepinephrine) together very early can prevent kidney injury in adults with septic shock. Septic shock is a life-threatening infection that can damage organs. Researchers will monitor 100 patients to see if this combined approach helps stabilize blood flow and protect the kidneys.
