Can a simple brochure help sepsis survivors after the ICU?

Summary
This is a small pilot study to see if it's practical to test an educational brochure for adults who survived sepsis in the ICU. Researchers want to know if they can successfully recruit 30 participants and deliver the brochure as planned. The study will compare usual discharge care to usual care plus a brochure and a chance to ask a nurse questions, checking if a larger future trial is possible.
