Can text messages help track sepsis recovery?

Summary
This study aims to see if sending supportive messages helps people recovering from sepsis share their health information from home. Researchers will compare 200 patients who get these messages to those who don't, to see who is better at providing data. The goal is to learn how to best collect patient information to improve future care and research for sepsis survivors.
