Can a simple brochure help sepsis survivors after the ICU?

Summary
This is a small pilot study to see if it's practical to give a written education brochure to adults who survived sepsis in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Researchers want to know if they can successfully recruit patients and deliver the brochure. They will compare patients who get the brochure plus usual care to those who get usual care alone, and then check how patients are doing after leaving the hospital.
