First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, selumetinib and olaparib, in people with advanced or recurrent solid tumors (including ovarian, endometrial, breast, and others) that have specific genetic changes or have stopped responding to similar treatments. The first phase finds the safest dose, and the second phase checks if that dose can help control the cancer. Up to 90 participants will take part at MD Anderson.
