Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new drug called selinexor to standard chemotherapy (temozolomide) works better than the standard chemotherapy alone for glioblastoma brain cancer that has returned. The trial first finds the safest dose of the combination, then compares how well the two treatments control the cancer. It is for adults whose brain cancer has come back after initial treatment.
