Summary
This phase II trial tests two oral drugs, selinexor and pacritinib, in 26 adults with myelofibrosis who have anemia and low platelets and have not taken JAK inhibitors before. The main goal is to see if the combination can shrink the spleen by at least 35%. The study also tracks symptom improvement and safety.
