New hope for kids with relapsed wilms tumor: drug trial opens

Summary
This study tests a drug called selinexor in children and young adults whose Wilms tumor or other solid tumors have come back or not responded to treatment. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or control the tumors. About 45 participants will receive the drug, and doctors will measure how many patients respond.
