First seen Feb 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests a drug called selinexor combined with other cancer medicines (carfilzomib, daratumumab, or pomalidomide) in people with multiple myeloma whose current treatment has stopped working. About 96 adults will join, and researchers will measure how many patients see their cancer shrink or disappear. The goal is to find a new option when standard treatments fail.
