Summary
This study is testing if taking a pill called selinexor after receiving CAR-T cell therapy can help keep multiple myeloma under control for longer. It is for patients whose cancer has come back after many treatments and who have high-risk features. The main goal is to see if adding selinexor is safe and tolerable after the intensive CAR-T therapy.
