Summary

This study tested a therapist-assisted self-management program for 80 veterans who had already completed trauma-focused therapy for PTSD and seen improvement. The goal was to help them maintain or further reduce their symptoms while needing fewer mental health appointments. The program aimed to boost their confidence in managing symptoms on their own.
