Summary
This study tested a new self-learning bolus calculator that simplifies meal announcements for adolescents and young adults with type 1 diabetes who use automated insulin delivery. Two participants used the system during a hotel stay and at home to see if it was safe and feasible. The goal was to keep blood sugar in a healthy range without adding extra burden.
