Self-Esteem showdown: which therapy works better?

Summary

This study compares two talk therapies—COMET and CBT—to see which one better improves low self-esteem in people with various mental health conditions. About 70 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. Researchers will measure changes in self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and overall mental health at the end of treatment and 6 months later.
